What I Eat Everyday

Hi, everyone!
These are the sample of what I eat every day.

I eat 80% plant-based food. 15% fish. 5% meat.

I try to be more Vegetarian/Vegan as my cardiologist told me to be a Vegan to lower my cholesterol but I cannot make a clear transition yet. I like to make more of a permanent diet change gradually so that I won't have backfire to go back to bad food diet.

I RECOMMEND ALL TO BE 80% PLANT-BASED FOOD DIET TODAY.
